Hunter Partners has announced that Alder Creek Marketplace, a retail center in Folsom, California, is now 90% pre-leased over a year before its scheduled opening in fall 2027. Recent leasing activity includes a 4,500-square-foot commitment from Bank of Montreal (BMO) and a 3,300-square-foot lease from Pacific Dental Services.
The project is anchored by a Safeway grocery store and fuel station. Additional confirmed tenants include MOD Pizza, Chipotle, Jersey Mike’s, Paris Baguette, Nail Chateau II, Jet Set Pilates, Next Health, and Safe Credit Union. According to Josh Rupert, senior director of development at Hunter Partners, the center's progress reflects strong demand from both regional and national tenants within the Folsom Ranch area.
