Minnesota-based mechanical contractor Horwitz has fully leased a 150,000-square-foot industrial space at Building 4 of the Dakota Commerce Center in Fargo, North Dakota. The site is part of a 633,200-square-foot industrial park that offers connectivity to I-29 and Hector International Airport. Construction on the four-building project began in 2021, and the delivery of the final building was completed in the first quarter of 2026, marking the park's total occupancy.
