HonorHealth advances a $60 million campus modernization at Scottsdale Shea Medical Center, featuring a new 400-space parking garage and the recently launched Heart Care Center.
HonorHealth is executing a significant multi-phase modernization initiative at its Scottsdale Shea Medical Center campus, designed to enhance specialty care capacity and improve patient navigation. Central to the expansion is the new HonorHealth Heart Care Center, a project first announced in 2023 with an estimated cost of $60 million. The center integrates advanced cardiovascular technology, specialized treatment areas, an ambulatory surgery facility, and a new intensive care unit under one roof.
Operational improvements also include a new four-story parking garage providing 400 additional spaces, coupled with the relocation of the hospital's main entrance to the South Brady site to improve accessibility. Further campus upgrades currently underway involve the HonorHealth Center for Advanced Interventional Endoscopy and an expansion of women’s and infants services. All hospital facilities remain fully operational as these developments continue through 2026.
