The Kenosha Theatre, a historic venue located at 624 57th Ave in downtown Kenosha, Wisconsin, is undergoing a long-term restoration effort. The theater has remained shuttered for decades, but recent volunteer efforts are pushing to revive the site as a functional performance space.

To support the restoration project, a HarborSide Academy student has organized a 13-hour film marathon titled “Public Domain-a-Thon,” scheduled for June 16 at the Ralph J. Houghton Performance Center. The student aims to raise $1,000 for the Kenosha Theatre Restoration project through concessions and merchandise sales at the event.
