Sully’s Chowder House is set to open this summer at 329 Erie Street in Buffalo’s Erie Basin Marina, taking over the former William K’s restaurant space.
Owner and operator Jason Davidson is launching Sully’s Chowder House, a new waterfront dining concept designed to evoke the spirit of coastal New England fish shacks. The restaurant is located at 329 Erie Street in the former William K’s space, situated near Davidson’s existing Sully’s at Harbor Walk operation at the Erie Basin Marina.
The restaurant will offer a variety of seafood, including live lobsters and raw bar selections, alongside local Buffalo favorites. The venue officially opens on May 22, 2026, coinciding with the start of the marina’s summer season, and will feature live music and a casual, no-reservations atmosphere.
