Harbor Associates and Farallon Capital Management have acquired the 280,000-square-foot Yorba Linda Commerce Center for $81 million.
A joint venture between Harbor Associates and Farallon Capital Management has purchased the Yorba Linda Commerce Center in an off-market transaction valued at $81 million. Located at 3910 Prospect Ave. in Yorba Linda, California, the industrial campus spans 280,000 square feet across 10 buildings. The property consists of 83 units ranging from 1,200 to 24,000 square feet and was 98 percent leased at the time of closing.
Originally built in 1987, the campus features clear heights up to 22 feet, LED lighting, and updated HVAC systems. Harbor Associates secured a $56 million loan for the acquisition, provided by an affiliate of QuadReal Property Group. The seller was a private family that had held the asset for over three decades.
