GKV Architects signed a 5,754-square-foot lease at the AmTrustRE-owned 360 Lexington Avenue in Midtown East.
GKV Architects is relocating its operations to 360 Lexington Avenue, a 24-story office tower in Manhattan's Midtown East submarket. The architecture and interior design firm secured 5,754 square feet on the building's 14th floor, marking another collaboration with building owner AmTrustRE, which acquired the asset in 2024.
The lease continues a steady leasing streak for AmTrustRE at 360 Lexington, which previously attracted tenants such as Citymeals on Wheels, Webster Bank, and Signers National. GKV Architects will transition to the space from its current location at 675 Third Avenue.
