The Gilbert Design Review Board held a review session on May 6 to examine the master site plan for Bella Storia Commercial, a 12.96-acre project within the broader Bella Storia master plan. The 80-acre total development site, located at the northwest corner of Power and Williams Field roads, is slated for a mix of single-family housing, multifamily units, restaurant space, and retail components.

The 13-acre commercial portion is zoned General Commercial with a planned area development overlay. During the May 6 meeting, board members reviewed site plans, landscaping, grading, drainage, exterior elevations, floor plans, lighting, and material palettes. The session was designated for input only, and no formal action or approval was requested at this time.
