Gersh Autism Academy has secured a 21,000-square-foot sublease at 452 College Avenue in the Mott Haven neighborhood of the Bronx. The property was previously occupied by Brilla Schools, a network operated by Seton Education Partners, which is consolidating its real estate footprint following a relocation of students to a new facility at 420 East 145th Street. The transaction was finalized at an asking rent of $30 per square foot.
