G&B Hospitality is expanding its smash burger concept, Patty & Press, into Bloomfield Township, Michigan. The new restaurant will occupy the former Zoup! space located at 42983 Woodward Ave.
The brand, known for utilizing grass-fed beef and beef tallow in its frying process, already operates a location in Shelby Township. Norman Abro and Devon Campbell of Keystone Commercial Real Estate served as brokers for the tenant in the lease transaction.
