Mesero Restaurant Group opens a two-story restaurant at the new OAK OKC open-air district, featuring a custom PET acoustic ceiling designed by FUSION AE.
Mesero Restaurant Group has launched its latest location within the OAK OKC open-air district, a two-story dining space designed to match the development's modern, high-end identity. The restaurant features a unique, custom-fabricated acoustic ceiling system designed by FUSION AE to address noise management within the space's 28-foot tall, tilt-wall concrete and glass structure.
Fabricated by SpeedPro Irving, the ceiling consists of an irregular array of PET felt baffles that serve as a signature visual element while providing necessary sound absorption. The project team also integrated custom LED channels and modified the brand's traditional open-kitchen concept to fit the new location. The restaurant opened as part of the initial wave of tenants at the OAK OKC development.
