Reported plans include the demolition of the White House East Wing to facilitate the construction of a $1 billion ballroom. Additionally, there are reported proposals to paint the water in the Lincoln Memorial reflecting pool a shade of blue, alongside potential aesthetic changes to the exterior of the Old Executive Office Building.
