Family Care Health Centers opens a new 16,000-square-foot, $8.4 million healthcare clinic in St. Louis' Dutchtown neighborhood.
Family Care Health Centers (FCHC) has officially opened its new 16,000-square-foot healthcare complex and pharmacy in the Dutchtown neighborhood of St. Louis. Located near the intersection of Grand Boulevard and Chippewa Street, the $8.4 million project replaces a former grocery store parking lot and aims to provide accessible medical services to the local community, with patient care scheduled to begin on May 26, 2026.
The project has been in development for two years and is expected to handle up to 20,000 patient visits annually at the new site. FCHC, which serves approximately 16,000 clients across its network, reported that Medicaid billings accounted for $8.4 million of its revenue in the 2024 fiscal year. The new clinic is positioned along major transit routes to improve accessibility for patients, many of whom rely on the organization for affordable clinical care.
