Dubai-based energy infrastructure firm Esyasoft has purchased the historic Ross Cannon Mill property in York, South Carolina, for $2.5 million. The deal includes the acquisition of Vision Metering, a company located at the 129-year-old mill site.
Esyasoft plans to transform the property into its new North American headquarters. Vision Metering’s 65 employees are expected to remain at the facility as the company transitions under its new ownership.
