Epic Church has entered an agreement to acquire a 40,000-square-foot historic sanctuary in San Francisco's Union Square for $15 million.
Epic Church, a nondenominational congregation based in SoMa, is set to acquire a 1913-era landmark in San Francisco's Union Square. The 40,000-square-foot property, designed by the Reid Brothers, has been part of the Academy of Art University's portfolio for nearly 25 years. The church secured the site for $15 million as part of a move to establish a permanent presence in the district.
