San Francisco-based Ellis Partners and Boston-based Baupost Group have acquired the Great America Commons office complex, located at 4555 and 4655 Great America Parkway in Santa Clara, for $310 million. The transaction marks the highest-priced office acquisition in Silicon Valley to date in 2026.
The property, which is situated adjacent to California’s Great America amusement park, represents the largest single office asset sale by dollar volume in Santa Clara County this year. The identity of the seller in the transaction was not disclosed.
