North Las Vegas has secured $157.8 million in new industrial investment from Edgewood Renewables, Forge Industries, and Taylor Print & Visual Impressions. The projects, backed by tax abatements from the Governor’s Office of Economic Development, are expected to create over 100 new jobs and generate more than $26 million in tax revenue over the next decade.

Edgewood Renewables is leading the investment with a $138.7 million biofuel refinery capable of producing 22 million gallons of renewable diesel annually. Forge Industries will construct a 105,000-square-foot facility to convert waste into alternative industrial fuel, with operations expected to begin in the third quarter of 2027. Additionally, Taylor Print & Visual Impressions is expanding its existing local footprint with a $5.1 million capital equipment investment, aiming for completion by June 2027.
