Florida-based real estate private equity firm Eastham Capital has sold University Green Apartments, a 194-unit multifamily community located in southeast Houston. The property, which was roughly 97 percent occupied at the time of the transaction, features one- and two-bedroom floor plans ranging from 424 to 988 square feet. Property amenities include a pool, fitness center, and a dog park.
Eastham Capital originally acquired the asset in 2018 through a joint venture with Mosaic Residential. Following the acquisition, the partnership executed a series of capital improvements at the site. The identity of the buyer and the financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
