DPI Retail Acquires 36K SF Museum Parc Mixed-Use Property in San Francisco’s SoMa District

Bridgeton sells the 36,000-square-foot Museum Parc mixed-use property in San Francisco's SoMa neighborhood to DPI Retail for $19.2 million.

Bridgeton has finalized the sale of Museum Parc, a mixed-use asset located at 300 3rd St. in San Francisco’s SoMa district, for $19.2 million. The buyer, DPI Retail, acquired the property, which contains 36,000 square feet of fully leased street-level retail space located beneath 234 condominium units.

The retail component is currently occupied by tenants including Crunch Fitness, El Dorado Latin Fusion, Aquabyte, and TowerWAV. JLL Capital Markets brokers Eric Kathrein, Andrew Spangenberg, and Allie Repaskey managed the transaction on behalf of the seller.
