Fisk University has unveiled 'Quantum Leap,' a $1 billion campus master plan slated for development in North Nashville over the next decade. The flagship project is the $400 million Innovation Center, which will be situated on five acres of campus land. The facility is designed to feature 30,000 square feet of academic space alongside a 70,000-square-foot, eco-friendly data and technology center intended to support the university's interdisciplinary curriculum.
Beyond the Innovation Center, the broader 'Quantum Leap' initiative includes the construction of a new Student Center, the development of a Fisk Arena, additional parking infrastructure, and major renovations to existing campus residence halls and learning spaces. Construction on the master plan is set to begin immediately, with the Don Hardin Group serving as the general contractor and Moody Nolan acting as the architect.
