North Beverly Family Medicine has officially opened its doors at 48 Dunham Ridge in Beverly, Massachusetts. The independent primary care practice, led by owner Dr. Lisa MacVane, occupies 3,070 square feet of custom-built medical space tailored to include specific layouts for exam rooms, offices, and patient-care areas. The practice joins a growing healthcare cluster at the 500,000-square-foot Dunham Ridge campus, which also features providers such as Coastal Clarity Audiology, Synergy Sports Medicine, and Beth Israel Lahey Health at Home.

The Dunham Ridge campus, owned by Cummings Properties, is positioned near Route 128 and is noted for its proximity to Beverly Hospital. According to Cummings Properties executive vice president Steve Drohosky, the site's modern infrastructure and established business community serve as key draws for healthcare tenants looking for accessible, high-quality clinical environments.
