By Colin Percy · May 21, 2026

Work has reached the second level for the mixed-use development located at the northwest corner of S. Elmwood Avenue and W. Tupper Street in Buffalo. Developed by Chris Wan, the project consists of two buildings connected at the upper levels. The site will feature 42 residential apartments, 14,960 square feet of commercial space, and a total of 73 parking spaces, comprised of 31 surface spots and 42 spaces in a below-grade garage.

The site preparation involved the demolition of four buildings, though the front façade of a residence at 44 Trinity Place, originally built circa 1866, has been preserved for incorporation into the final design. The project was designed by Studio V and Silvestri Architects.
