Boston-based Corderman & Company has been selected to manage the 47,466-square-foot office buildout for law firm McCarter & English. The project involves relocating the tenant’s operations from 265 Franklin Street to One International Place in downtown Boston.
The construction team plans to leverage its existing familiarity with the International Place property to manage the buildout, supported by over 300 trade partners. Collaboration on the project includes Newmark, Chiofaro Company, Bala Engineering, and Visnick & Caulfield, with the work slated to move through pre-construction to completion.
