The Lake Havasu Planning and Zoning Commission approved layout modifications for a six-building, 102-unit apartment complex at the Shops at Lake Havasu.
The Lake Havasu City Planning and Zoning Commission has approved a request to adjust the site layout for a planned 102-unit apartment development at the Shops at Lake Havasu. The project, which utilizes over 4.5 acres of former parking area, will feature six residential buildings.
The modifications were necessary after developers Chad Nelson and Don Cantral were unable to secure an easement for land containing existing electrical lines. Consequently, one of the six planned buildings will be shifted slightly south to accommodate the site constraints. This residential development aims to address housing shortages in the area.
The Cottonwood Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval for Spring Verde Apartments, a 252-unit, six-building complex proposed by developer William Spring.
