Chef Darian Bryan, owner of Bratt’s Hill in Buffalo's Larkinville district, has been declared the winner of Season 5 of Fox’s 'Next Level Chef.' Along with the national title, Bryan secured a $250,000 grand prize and a mentorship opportunity with celebrity judges Gordon Ramsay, Nyesha Arrington, and Richard Blais.
Building on his success, Bryan is expanding his local footprint with the upcoming launch of two new concepts in Larkinville: Reserve Steakhouse and Back of House Burger. The chef, who also provides private culinary services for professional athletes, celebrated the recent television victory at a watch party held at the local venue Rec Room.
