CenterSquare expands its national retail portfolio with the acquisition of four centers totaling over 162,000 square feet across North Carolina, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado.
Conshohocken, Pennsylvania-based CenterSquare has expanded its essential service retail holdings with the acquisition of four properties, bringing the firm's total national portfolio to 80 assets. The acquisitions include the 14,721-square-foot Trade Court Shoppes in Charlotte, which is fully leased, and the 17,043-square-foot Deer Valley Shops in Phoenix, which maintains an 83% occupancy rate.
Additionally, the firm acquired the 19,671-square-foot Lake Mead Gateway Plaza in Henderson, which is 100% occupied, and The Shops at Foothills Mall in Fort Collins. The latter spans 111,220 square feet and is currently 88% leased, serving as the firm's fourth property within the state of Colorado.
