Centerbridge Partners has signed a 15-year lease to establish its New York City headquarters at 345 Park Ave., a 44-story office tower owned by Rudin in the Plaza District. The investment firm will occupy 75,826 square feet of space spanning the building's entire 22nd and 23rd floors. Centerbridge is slated to relocate from its current office located nearby at 375 Park Avenue in the second quarter of 2027.
Rudin was represented in the lease transaction by in-house SVP of office leasing Robert Steinman. Newmark's Neil Goldmacher, Brian Goldman, and Matthew Lorberbaum represented Centerbridge in the deal.
