General contractor Center Park Group has completed the first 31 units and is finishing the remainder of the project for developer OneStreet Residential. The community sits on a 20-acre site, with approximately 12.5 acres dedicated to residential development and the balance reserved for future commercial use. The project is expected to be fully completed by the end of 2026.
Amenities include a fitness center, pickleball courts, trails, a pet park, and various social gathering spaces. The development is positioned near the Holly Springs Town Center, providing residents with access to nearby dining, shopping, and entertainment options in the surrounding metro Atlanta suburbs.
