Catholic Eldercare Acquires 164-Unit Crest View Senior Community in Blaine

Catholic Eldercare has acquired Crest View Senior Community at Blaine, a 164-unit senior living property located in Blaine, Minnesota, approximately 20 miles north of downtown Minneapolis. The transaction price remains undisclosed. As part of the deal, Catholic Eldercare will also assume management duties for Columbia Village, an existing community in Columbia Heights owned by the seller.

With this acquisition, Catholic Eldercare expands its footprint to eight total communities across the Minneapolis metro area. Ziegler acted as the exclusive financial advisor for Crest View Senior Communities throughout the sale process.
