Developer Chananya Bineth, through Bineth Group and Upper Space Group, has expanded its self-storage footprint with the completion of a facility in Elizabeth and the acquisition of properties in Pennsauken and Buffalo. The firm’s portfolio now spans seven total locations across the Northeast.

The Elizabeth property, known as Seaport Self Storage at 165-175 Division St., is an 89,000-square-foot facility that was completed in November 2025 and is currently 35 percent occupied. The firm also acquired an 86,000-square-foot, three-story building with 869 units at 4615 North Crescent Blvd. in Pennsauken, with leasing scheduled to begin May 25. Both New Jersey locations are managed by Extra Space Storage. Additionally, the developer acquired a facility at 160 Dupont St. in Buffalo, New York, featuring climate-controlled units and drive-up access.
