BGO has acquired a 41,810-square-foot medical office property located at 6606 Simmons Loop Road in Riverview, Florida, for approximately $28.5 million. The two-story asset, which was brought online by developer Harrod Healthcare Real Estate in 2025, is fully leased to AdventHealth and Women’s Care Enterprises with a weighted average lease term of 9.3 years remaining.
CBRE represented the seller in the off-market transaction. BGO is focusing its investment strategy on healthcare real estate to leverage durable income returns and demographic growth in Sun Belt markets, according to Principal Kevin Yen.
