Benchmark Senior Living Wraps 60K SF Expansion at Rye Assisted Living Facility

Benchmark Senior Living has finalized a 60,000-square-foot expansion at its existing community, Benchmark at Rye, located on the New Hampshire coast. The project introduced 70 new assisted living units to the campus, which also offers independent living and a 40-unit memory care neighborhood.

The expanded community includes updated amenity spaces such as a bistro, a family kitchen, a fitness center, and dedicated wellness and therapy areas. This project aligns with Benchmark's position as a significant operator within the national seniors housing sector.
