Baker McKenzie Inks 122K SF Expansion at 10 Bryant Office Tower in Midtown Manhattan

Global law firm Baker McKenzie has finalized a renewal and expansion lease at 10 Bryant, a 30-story Class A office tower located at 452 Fifth Ave. in Midtown Manhattan. The firm will now occupy 7.5 floors in the 865,000-square-foot building, encompassing the 15th through 20th floors, a portion of the 14th floor, and the entire 30th floor.

Formerly known as the HSBC Tower, the property is owned by Property & Building Corporation Ltd. (PBC) and recently underwent a repositioning. The lease transaction was managed by a JLL team representing the landlord, while Savills represented the tenant.
