New York-based investment firm AV Management has finalized the $43.3 million acquisition of 73-75 Sullivan St. in the SoHo neighborhood of Manhattan. The mixed-use property, which was completed in 2016, was purchased from a longtime local developer and features modern commercial and residential layouts. Citizens Private Bank supported the transaction by providing $21.6 million in acquisition financing.
