Personal care brand Athena Club has signed an 11,857-square-foot office lease at 140 Broadway in Downtown Manhattan. The company, which reported triple-digit growth in 2025 and anticipates over $100 million in sales for 2026, will move its headquarters from 915 Broadway to the 44th floor of the property. The building is part of the UniImmo: Europa open-ended real estate fund managed by Union Investment Real Estate, which recently finished a capital improvement program that added a new tenant amenity center and renovated the lobby.
CBRE brokers Alex Leopold and Connor DeSimone represented Athena Club in the lease negotiations, while Newmark acted on behalf of the ownership group.
