Aston Begins Facade Upgrades for Anderson County’s Powdersville Plaza Retail Expansion

Aston is redeveloping Powdersville Plaza in Anderson County, featuring storefront facade updates and a future Publix store scheduled to open in early 2027.

Aston is currently overseeing a major redevelopment of the Powdersville Plaza shopping center in Anderson County. The ongoing construction project includes extensive exterior facade renovations, infrastructure upgrades, new retaining walls, and roof deck installations. While work is underway, the center remains fully operational for existing tenants.

Project enhancements are scheduled to continue throughout the year, with facade renovations expected to be completed this fall and the addition of a new Publix anchor tenant slated for an early 2027 opening. Future site improvements will also include updated parking lot paving, landscaping, and site lighting.
