La Posada Communities announces Alexis Martinez as new CEO as the senior living organization prepares for phase 2 expansion in Oro Valley.
La Posada Communities has appointed Alexis Martinez as its new president and CEO, effective May 21, 2026. Martinez succeeds outgoing CEO Joni Condit, who is retiring after 27 years of service. Martinez has been with the organization for 23 years, most recently overseeing the development and launch of the nonprofit's second campus, La Posada at Pusch Ridge in Oro Valley, which opened in March 2025.
The organization, which manages senior living facilities in Green Valley and Oro Valley, currently serves more than 950 residents. While the Oro Valley location has completed its first phase, leadership has scheduled the groundbreaking for phase 2 for mid-2028. This upcoming expansion will introduce additional assisted living, memory care, and acute care units to the Pusch Ridge campus.
