AIA Colorado is facilitating a variety of professional development events, including a site tour of the Pancratia Hall Lofts in Denver on June 18. The project represents an adaptive reuse of a historic 1930 landmark located on the Loretto Heights campus. The tour is approved for 1.5 AIA learning units.
In addition to project site visits, the organization is hosting a series of legislative and professional practice discussions throughout May and June. These sessions cover topics such as the 2026 Legislative Session outcomes, equitable recruitment and mentorship strategies, and architecture business management. The chapter is also launching the regional television series 'Colorado ByDesign' on June 13, featuring architectural work from across the state.
