Advance Realty Investors launches Continuum, a 1.1 million-square-foot life science and advanced manufacturing campus in Bridgewater.
Advance Realty Investors has kicked off development of Continuum, a life science and advanced manufacturing campus spanning more than 60 acres in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Located along U.S. Route 202/206, the project is approved for up to 1.1 million square feet of new construction. The development is currently in Phase I, with construction already underway.
Continuum is designed to support the full lifecycle of R&D, manufacturing, and logistics within a single, integrated environment. The project is supported by a long-term PILOT agreement with the Township of Bridgewater, and JLL has been tapped to lead leasing efforts for the build-to-suit opportunities.
