Ariel Property Advisors facilitated the $15.75 million sale of a 57,640-buildable-square-foot development assemblage in Brooklyn's Gowanus neighborhood.

Ariel Property Advisors has brokered the $15.75 million sale of a development assemblage in the Gowanus neighborhood of Brooklyn. The site, which commands $273 per buildable square foot, features 140 feet of wraparound frontage across parcels located at 418 4th Ave., 416 4th Ave., 246 7th St., and 244A 7th St.

The property totals 57,640 buildable square feet, inclusive of air rights. The transaction was handled by Ariel Property Advisors' Sean R. Kelly, Stephen Vorvolakos, and Nicole Daniggelis on behalf of the seller, with Abraham Waldman identified as the buyer.
