Mesa West Capital has closed a $47 million refinancing loan for Bishop Momo, a 274-unit apartment community situated within the 275-acre St. Elmo District in South Austin. The property, which was completed in 2024, includes studio, one- and two-bedroom floor plans alongside 5,835 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
Residents at the complex have access to amenities such as a pool, fitness center, lounge, and a courtyard, with units featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and hardwood flooring. Chris McColpin of Newmark served as the debt broker for the borrower, United Properties.
