Colliers has facilitated the $30 million sale of the Meadowlark Industrial Center, a Class A facility located at 404 N. Holladay St. in Cornelius, Oregon. The property, which spans 7.3 acres and was developed in 2024, comprises 154,646 square feet of space designed for industrial distribution and specialized use. The transaction equates to a price of $193 per square foot.

The facility is currently fully occupied on a long-term lease by Omega Morgan, a heavy equipment transport provider. The sales transaction was managed by a team from Colliers, including Mike Kendall, Gian Bruno, Nick Mascheroni, Kenny Patricia, Kylie Jones, Jerry Matson, Mike Thomas, and Karen Lisignoli, while Colliers’ Chris Johnson and Brett Johnson represented the buyer.
