The transaction involves the 135,000-square-foot Goode Business Center at 12269 Livingston Road and the 18,000-square-foot Atlantic Building Supply facility at 12249 Livingston Road. Together, the properties span approximately 14 acres of industrially zoned land.
The acquisition, driven by the site's long-term potential for data center redevelopment, highlights the ongoing shift in Northern Virginia's real estate market toward power-accessible, high-demand industrial land.
