The Class A property, which was constructed in 2005, is currently leased to Aurora Health Care, providing space for dermatology, family medicine, and internal medicine services.
The transaction involved a private seller represented by Frank Roti and Brett Rodgers of Marcus & Millichap, while Brian Munn of the same firm procured the East Coast-based buyer, who utilized a 1031 exchange to complete the acquisition.
