Marcus & Millichap has facilitated the sale of the Comfort Suites Johnson Creek Conference Center, a 100-room hotel located at 725 Paradise Lane in Johnson Creek, Wisconsin. Situated on 4.92 acres, the property is positioned off Interstate 94 between Milwaukee and Madison. Built in 2005, the asset includes an indoor pool, fitness and business centers, and event facilities capable of hosting more than 500 guests.

The transaction was led by investment specialists Ebrahim Valliani and Kristen Blackshaw from Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, with Wisconsin broker of record Todd Lindblom and the Miller-Gomes Hotel Team providing support. The hotel’s proximity to regional attractions such as the Johnson Creek Premium Outlets and the Milford Hills Hunt Club helped drive interest in the asset.
